Production company NBCUniversal Entertainment Japan opened an official website for a television anime adaptation of Kyouko Hikawa's Kanata kara (From Far Away) manga on Wednesday, revealing an announcement promo, and an illustration by Hikawa to commemorate the announcement (pictured). The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2026. Noriyuki Abe (Bleach) is serving as the director.
