Coming Soon in Michigan: A $260,000 Turnkey Home in a Lansing Suburb

In this edition of Coming Soon–a series from Redfin News that explores new listings that house hunters can find early only on Redfin.com and Compass.com–we’re exploring a traditional two-story home in Mason, a popular suburb of Lansing, MI.

Originally built in 2009, this $260,000 single-family home is hitting the market this week. The 1,454 square-foot house, which features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, sits on a 0.19 acre lot.

With an attached two-car garage, a fully fenced backyard and an outdoor shed, the home offers plenty of indoor and outdoor living space.

The sellers installed new carpet and painted the walls just a few weeks ago, giving the home a fresh, clean feel for its new owners, said Sarah Webb, a senior agent at Redfin who’s listing the house.

“The deck overlooks a low-maintenance, beautifully landscaped backyard,” Webb said, adding that the yard is ideal for hosting–and that it has a full sprinkler system to cut down on outdoor maintenance.

For Webb, listing the property is a full-circle moment. She not only helped the sellers find the house they’re moving into,  but now she’s helping them sell this one.

“I love that they trusted me to do both, ” she said.
