Talk about your experience as a student. What is your major/minor? Did you participate in any other activities or campus organizations other than football?

My experience as a student has been good so far throughout my career. I have a major in Health Science and a minor in Business. I haven’t participated in any other activities other than football at school.

What do you think your teammates would say is your best quality?

Being a competitor

What kind of role do you see yourself in on the team? What scheme and/or position suits your skill set?

I see myself as a leader, someone who takes charge of a defense and sets the tone. Playing strong safety best suits my skill set.

Who is the best player you have ever played against in college?

Demario Douglas, he went to Liberty.

Which one of your teammates impresses you the most?

Elijah Elliot, he’s a hard worker and also is a natural competitor so we push each other everyday.

Describe a time in your life when you were able to overcome a struggle.

Last year, I fractured my sternum. I took rehab seriously, built up my strength again and made sure I could play again.

If you didn’t play football, what other sport would you play?

What is something that you are most proud of? What would you say is your biggest achievement so far?

I’m most proud of my resilience. Everything that has come across my path, I’ve made it through everything. My biggest achievement so far is going to college and furthering my education.

Describe one of the most memorable plays of your collegiate career.

We played Brown last year and in the 4th quarter I recovered a fumble to seal the game for my team. That game I also had 9 tackles.

I like to watch football, workout, or watch television.

Why do you play football? Who or what motivates you the most?

Football is an outlet for me to be able to be myself. This game has taught me how to be a man. My family motivates me the most, they have always been in my corner through it all. They want the best for me.
