The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for individual boy group members!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, communication, and community awareness indexes of 755 boy group members, using big data collected from April 17 to May 17.
BIGBANG’s G-Dragon topped the list for the third consecutive month with a brand reputation index of 4,679,825 for May. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “Tokyo concert,” “world tour,” and “Übermensch,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “perform,” “sold out,” and “release.” G-Dragon’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 92.08 percent positive reactions.
BTS’s Jin rose to second place after seeing a 46.89 percent increase in his brand reputation index since April, bringing his total score to 4,419,595 for May.
ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo came in at a close third with a brand reputation index of 4,343,362, while BTS’s Jimin took fourth place with a score of 3,569,824.
Finally, BTS’s Jungkook rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 2,780,897.
