Manga ‘Ichijouma Mankitsugurashi!’ Gets TV Anime

Entertainment

A television anime adaptation of Kumako Hisama‘s Ichijouma Mankitsugurashi! (Living in a One-Tatami Room!) manga was announced by entertainment company Bushiroad on Wednesday. The August issue of Manga Time Kirara also featured the announcement on its cover (pictured).

Hisama ran the comedy ecchi manga as a guest series in Manga Time Kirara in May 2018 before beginning regular serialization in the magazine in December that year. Houbunsha published the third volume in September 2022, with the fourth volume going on sale on July 26.

Synopsis
Meiko, a country girl, enrolls in a prestigious all-girls school under the condition that she joins a volunteer program. But instead of a typical school service, she finds herself living and working at a manga cafe!
