Contractor confirmed for business park expansion

Roe Developments has been confirmed as the lead contractor to deliver five industrial units ranging from 3,229s sq ft to 4,606 sq ft during a 30-week build programme.

IMA Architects has been working with Clowes Developments to deliver the mixed-use development at Stud Brook and overcome  a number of challenges due to the site sitting so close to East Midlands Airport.

Jack Mellors, Architect at IMA Architects, said: “We have sensitively designed the units to blend in with the existing industrial buildings while meeting modern commercial needs.”

James Richards, Development Director at Clowes Developments, added: “We’re thrilled to be moving forward with the next phase at Stud Brook Business Park.

“The park has proven incredibly popular, and demand from trade operators has been strong since inception. Our ongoing collaboration with IMA Architects and local stakeholders ensures we’re delivering a scheme that not only meets commercial needs but also contributes positively to the wider Castle Donington community.”
