What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?
Just by watching my brother play that’s when I fell in love with the game and wanted to play as a kid.
What are your favorite moments from your football life?
In high school when we went to the state championship was the best football year I ever had experienced.
What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?
To prove to myself I can beat all odds and be able to compete with high level competition.
If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?
Michael Bennett because he knows the game well and does well in the community.
Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?
My mother because she is strong, every challenge she faces she never complains she gets through it with a smile on her face.
What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?
3-4 because you can disguise your defense and send pressure.
What should we know about Ryan Richardson the person?
I am great leader and a hard worker at everything I do, I am a positive influence on and off the field and very caring.
What stands out about your film the most?
I can rush the passer from any position!
How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?
Go to my quiet place and pray.
What would a team get in a player like you?
Effort and great attitude everyday and positive mindset
What do you love the most about the game of football?
It’s a way to escape life and play freely and this game gives me opportunities to connect with players and coaches.
Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?
Giovanni Williams (Miles College) he’s a student of the game and flies around sideline to sideline and really a disrupter as a pass rusher or linebacker.
