Roe Developments has been confirmed as the lead contractor to deliver five industrial units ranging from 3,229s sq ft to 4,606 sq ft during a 30-week build programme.
IMA Architects has been working with Clowes Developments to deliver the mixed-use development at Stud Brook and overcome a number of challenges due to the site sitting so close to East Midlands Airport.
