However, the value of holdings declined to $1.10 billion at June 30 from $1.64 billion at the end of 2025, coinciding with bitcoin\u2019s 33% price slump through that period.<\/p>\n<p>SpaceX spent $18.4 billion on capital expenditures during the quarter, well above analysts&#8217; expectations of $13 billion, as it continued investing heavily in artificial intelligence infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>SPCX was down 6% after-hours on the report to $118 after closing the regular session nearly 10% higher on the day\u2019s trading, while the Nasdaq 100 gained 3.3%.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The firm\u2019s report arrived less than two months after SpaceX&#8217;s record-breaking $86 billion IPO and ahead of the stock\u2019s first major test.
