Laura Marling<\/strong> has shared new children\u2019s album \u2018Laura Sings Raffi\u2019 in full.<\/p>\n The surprise release features 17 songs, each one a version of something either written by or associated with he Canadian children\u2019s singer, Raffi.<\/p>\n Egyptian-born Raffi Cavoukian specialised in music for children, becoming perhaps the most-listened to English language children\u2019s performer on the planet.<\/p>\n A mother herself, Laura Marling became fascinated with the songs \u2013 how they worked, their attraction to children, and the way she herself related to them.<\/p>\n Opting to record 17 songs for this new album, \u2018Raffi\u2019 is something unique in her catalogue.<\/p>\n She comments\u2026<\/p>\n \u201cLaura Sings Raffi marks a logical next step for me, but it\u2019s not only a desire for tolerable\u00a0children\u2019s\u00a0music that landed me here.
