The New York City-based construction firm expects to <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.governor.ny.gov\/news\/governor-hochul-celebrates-groundbreaking-new-american-express-global-headquarters-2-world\"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>complete the tower<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span><span><span><span><span><span>, which will stand at 1,226 feet tall, in 2031, according to a release from the office of Gov. Kathy Hochul.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>The project will use only union labor to complete core interior construction work, in addition to shell and core activities, according to the governor\u2019s press release.
