Prosecutors allege Arnold coordinated the robbery and assault of his personal driver and two associates after accusing the driver of involvement in the theft of more than $250,000 in cash and valuables from an Airbnb rental in February.<\/p>\n<p>Arnold surrendered to authorities and remains in custody. The charges carry potential life sentences, and prosecutors are seeking to keep him jailed pending trial. Arnold has denied any involvement, with his representatives stating there is no credible evidence linking him to the crimes and arguing the case relies heavily on testimony from convicted co-defendants.<\/p>\n<p>The case stems from a February incident in which several individuals were allegedly lured to an apartment, held at gunpoint, assaulted, and questioned about Arnold\u2019s missing property.
