He also promoted the franchise\u2019s upcoming final film, \u201cFast Forever\u201d, which is scheduled for release in March 2028 by Universal Pictures.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cFast &#038; Furious\u201d franchise has earned more than $7 billion at the global box office since the first film debuted in 2001.<\/p>\n<div>\n<figure id=\"attachment_462986\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-462986\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/thewillnews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/victor_ochei_banner_300x300.jpg\" alt width=\"300\" height=\"300\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-462986\">Advertisement<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Cannes hosted the anniversary screening as part of this year\u2019s festival lineup, which features fewer major Hollywood studio films.<\/p>\n<p>The reunion also paid tribute to Paul Walker, whose legacy remains closely tied to the franchise.
