News Investigators\/ President Bola Tinubu has extended warm felicitations to Aliko Dangote, Africa\u2019s\u00a0 foremost industrialist on his 69th birthday, applauding his contributions to Nigeria\u2019s economic growth.<\/p>\n
Tinubu described Mr Dangote as Africa\u2019s leading industrialist whose investments have significantly advanced Nigeria\u2019s industrialisation and economic development.<\/p>\n
This is contained in a statement issued by Presidential Spokesperson, Mr Bayo Onanuga, on Friday in Abuja.<\/p>\n
The president commended Mr Dangote\u2019s entrepreneurial vision, resilience and innovation, noting that his ventures have transformed key sectors of the economy.<\/p>\n
He highlighted the establishment of the Dangote Refinery and Petrochemical Company and cement factories across Africa as milestones in positioning Nigeria as a major industrial hub.<\/p>\n
Tinubu said Dangote\u2019s conglomerate had played a vital role in job creation, infrastructure development and strengthening confidence in the Nigerian economy.<\/p>\n
\u201cI salute Aliko for his conglomerate\u2019s role in job creation, infrastructure development, and unwavering belief in the Nigerian economy and its potential.<\/p>\n
\u201cDangote remains a shining example of African enterprise, whose achievements continue to inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs across the continent,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
The president also praised the industrialists\u2019 philanthropic efforts through the Dangote Foundation, particularly in health, education and poverty alleviation.<\/p>\n
He noted that the foundation\u2019s interventions had positively impacted millions of lives across Nigeria and beyond.<\/p>\n
Tinubu prayed for Dangote\u2019s continued good health, wisdom and greater accomplishments in service to Nigeria, Africa and humanity. <\/p>\n
