JOHANNESBURG – Brown Mogotsi wants the Madlanga Commission, evidence leader Advocate Matthew Chaskalson SC, to recuse himself.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mogotsi has filed a complaint against Chaskalson.<\/span><\/p>\n

Commission chairperson Mbuyiseli Madlanga ordered that Mogotsi’s legal team should file the recusal application no later than the end of business day on Wednesday.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0WATCH | <\/strong><\/span>Brown Mogotsi no-show at Madlanga Commission<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Chaskalson says he will respond to the application on 6 May.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mogotsi’s legal team will then file a replying affidavit on 11 May.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mogotsi is then expected to be back at the commission on 15 May.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, it’s believed\u00a0\u00a0Suliman\u00a0\u00a0Carrim might not appear this week at the commission, saying he is not fit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
