\n\tWe\u2019re getting closer to the premiere of The Big Bang Theory<\/a><\/em> spinoff Stuart Fails To Save Universe<\/em>. The Original comedy debuts this July, streaming on HBO Max<\/a>, it was revealed Sunday during the show\u2019s panel at CCXP Mexico City. We also learned that the original theme music for the series will be created by Emmy, Grammy winner and Oscar-nominee Danny Elfman.\u00a0 Several first-look photos also were unveiled. You can see above and below.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe spinoff revolves around comic book store owner Stuart Bloom (Kevin Sussman<\/a>) who is sked with restoring reality after he breaks a device built by Sheldon and Leonard, accidentally bringing about a multiverse Armageddon. Stuart is aided in this quest by his girlfriend Denise, geologist friend Bert, and quantum physicist\/all-around pain in the ass Barry Kripke. Along the way, they meet alternate-universe versions of characters we\u2019ve come to know and love from The Big Bang Theory.<\/em> As the title implies, things don\u2019t go well.<\/p>\n

\n\tCast also includes Lauren Lapkus as Stuart\u2019s girlfriend Denise, Brian Posehn as Bert and John Ross Bowie as Barry.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tThe new series is written and executive produced by Chuck Lorre<\/a>, co-creator and executive producer of\u00a0Big Bang<\/em>\u00a0and all of its spinoffs to date, Zak Penn and\u00a0Big Bang<\/em>\u00a0co-creator Bill Prady. The series is produced by Chuck Lorre Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe multi-award-winning Elfman is known for over 100 film scores and his 40-year collaboration with Tim Burton on films including\u00a0Batman, Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, The Nightmare Before Christmas,\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0Alice in Wonderland.\u00a0<\/em>He has also scored\u00a0Spider-Man, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Good Will Hunting, Milk,\u00a0<\/em>and the\u00a0Men in Black\u00a0<\/em>series, as well as iconic television themes for\u00a0The Simpsons, Desperate Housewives,\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0Wednesday.<\/em><\/p>\n
