{"id":905563,"date":"2026-05-13T08:26:18","date_gmt":"2026-05-13T13:26:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsycanuse.com\/index.php\/2026\/05\/13\/sbc-awards-europe-meet-the-2026-winners\/"},"modified":"2026-05-13T08:26:18","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T13:26:18","slug":"sbc-awards-europe-meet-the-2026-winners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsycanuse.com\/index.php\/2026\/05\/13\/sbc-awards-europe-meet-the-2026-winners\/","title":{"rendered":"SBC Awards Europe: Meet the 2026 Winners"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/sbcevents.com\/sbc-summit-malta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SBC Awards Europe<\/strong> <strong>2026<\/strong><\/a> brought <a href=\"https:\/\/sbcevents.com\/sbc-summit-malta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SBC Summit Malta<\/strong><\/a> to a close, with Kaizen Gaming leading the winners after securing three awards.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony took place on 30 April at Xara Lodge in Malta, bringing together industry stakeholders to recognise the people and companies driving progress and setting new standards in sports betting and gaming across Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The evening was hosted by renowned sports broadcaster <strong>Alison Bender<\/strong>, who presented <strong>36 awards<\/strong>, honouring the industry\u2019s leading operators, affiliates, and suppliers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rasmus Sojmark<\/strong>, Founder and CEO of SBC, said: \u201cEvery year, the industry raises the bar, and this year is no different. The winners are the people, teams, and products that have not only kept pace with change, but adapted quickly and continued to push that bar even higher.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It was a standout night for <strong>Kaizen<\/strong> <strong>Gaming<\/strong>, which took home the Sportsbook Operator of the Year, Casino Operator of the Year, and Operator Innovation in Gaming awards, recognising its strong performance and continued growth.<\/p>\n<p>In the affiliate categories, <strong>Flashscore <\/strong>retained its title of Sports Affiliate of the Year, while <strong>Gentoo Media <\/strong>won the Casino Affiliate of the Year award. Meanwhile, <strong>1xBet<\/strong> was recognised for its affiliate programme, taking home the Best Affiliate Programme award.<\/p>\n<p>On the supplier side, <strong>Delasport<\/strong> was named Sportsbook Supplier of the Year, while <strong>BGaming<\/strong> secured Casino Supplier of the Year. <strong>EveryMatrix<\/strong> was recognised as Platform Provider of the Year, while <strong>Sportradar<\/strong> and <strong>Fast Track<\/strong> were honoured for Sports Data Product and Industry Innovation of the Year, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Shining a light on leadership and workplace culture, <strong>Betsson Group<\/strong> was named Employer of the Year, while Leader of the Year was awarded to <strong>Alexandre Tomic<\/strong> (CEO, <strong>Alea<\/strong>) and <strong>Elena Rousseva<\/strong> (CEO, <strong>Playtech<\/strong>). <strong>Yaroslav Soloshenko <\/strong>(Business Development Team Lead, <strong>ELA Games<\/strong>) was also recognised as Manager of the Year.<\/p>\n<p>Excellence in game design, long a core focus of the SBC Awards Europe, was once again recognised on the night, with <strong>Peter &#038; Sons<\/strong> winning Game Studio of the Year (Small), as well as Best Game Soundtrack. <strong>Pragmatic Play<\/strong> and <strong>Hacksaw Gaming<\/strong> were also recognised across the Game Studio of the Year categories, while <strong>Play\u2019n GO<\/strong> secured Game of the Year for Reactoonz 100. Additional awards went to <strong>Creedroomz<\/strong> for Game Design &#038; Art Direction and <strong>TaDa Gaming<\/strong> for Game Feature\/Mechanic of the Year.<\/p>\n<p>In the payments and compliance categories, <strong>Yaspa<\/strong> was named Payment Solution of the Year, while <strong>GBG<\/strong> secured Compliance &#038; KYC Partner of the Year. <strong>Gaming1<\/strong> was also recognised for its commitment to safer gambling, taking home the Socially Responsible Initiative of the Year award.<\/p>\n<p>The night also featured a range of Rising Star categories, recognising the emerging companies making an impact across the industry. <strong>18Peaches<\/strong> was named Rising Star in Casino, while <strong>Odds88<\/strong> secured Rising Star in Sports Betting on the supplier side.
