Billionaire industrialist and philanthropist Abdul Samad Rabiu made a rare public appearance over the weekend at the Nikkah ceremony of Rasheedat (Raheeda), daughter of Razaq Okoya, and her groom, Imran Saro Gobir.<\/p>\n
