Funny that they\u2019re now both on the Eagles. Maccagnan is a Hightstown, New Jersey native (shout out Mercer County) whose front office career began as a scouting intern with the Washington football team back in 1990. The Jets were 24-40 during his four-year tenure as GM, though it\u2019s not like they\u2019ve gotten any better since his departure. Prior to joining the Jets, Maccagnan built a reputation as a respected executive for his contributions to the Houston Texans from 2000-2014. Howie Roseman is no stranger to adding former high-ranking front office members to his staff; he previously hired former Jacksonville Jaguars GM Dave Caldwell, for example, and the Eagles currently employ former Denver Broncos vice president of player personnel Matt Russell in addition to the aforementioned Douglas. With the Eagles losing multiple key front office members this offseason, adding Maccagnan to help offset those loses seems sensible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Speaking of Joe Douglas, his title change gives him the same title he had in Philly from 2016-2019 \u2026 with \u201cSenior\u201d attached to the front of it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bleedinggreennation.com\/news\/175290\/eagles-reportedly-promote-adam-berry-to-assistant-general-manager\">News of Adam Berry\u2019s promotion was first reported<\/a><\/strong> earlier on Wednesday.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Phil Bhaya now shares the same title with Charles Walls.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Interesting to see Alan Wolking\u2019s title change with Bhaya filling his old title.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Grant Reiter is <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ZBerm\/status\/2052091198219620806\">expected to take on a bigger role<\/a><\/strong> working with players contracts in the aftermath of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bleedinggreennation.com\/news\/175049\/eagles-lose-key-front-office-executive-to-the-falcons\"><strong>the Bryce Johnston departure<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Caspian Svenson is a cool name. Despite being listed as a new hire, his LinkedIn profile indicates he joined the Eagles as a player personnel associate in July 2025. Prior to that, he was a training camp intern with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2023 and Eagles in 2024 while also serving as a recruiting assistant at Duke from 2021-2025.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Clara Montenegro DuBerke originally joined the Eagles as a rotational football operations intern in July 2025 before becoming a football operations associate in August 2025.
