Louisville basketball has landed another big talent to bolster its frontcourt. Obinna Ekezie Jr. has committed to play for Pat Kelsey\u2019s Cardinals next season.<\/p>\n
BYU, Arkansas, Michigan, UCLA, and Houston all had interest in landing the commitment of the five-star talent. But Louisville succeeded in securing the signing of Ekezie, who is reclassifying from the 2027 class to the 2026 class.<\/p>\n
Ekezie was one of the top-ranked prospects<\/a> in the class of 2027, but announced on Sunday that he was reclassifying to 2026 and joining the Cardinals.
