“Drop Dead” singer Olivia Rodrigo<\/strong> has announced she will embark on an international 65-show tour this year in honor of her upcoming studio album, “You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love.”<\/p>\n

The 23-year-old “Driver’s License” hitmaker shared the news about her upcoming Unraveled Tour on her Instagram<\/a>, where she revealed she will kick off the performances in Connecticut<\/a> before continuing across the U.S., then onto Europe and the U.K.<\/p>\n

“I am so so excited to announce The Unraveled Tour!!! I am counting down the days till I get to sing all of the songs from ‘You Seem Pretty Sad For a Girl So in Love\u2019 with u guys!!!” Rodrigo wrote, while sharing an image of all the dates she currently has planned. <\/p>\n

The global tour begins Friday, Sept. 25, in Hartford, CT<\/a>, and will extend into other major cities such as Washington, DC; Chicago<\/a>; Atlanta<\/a>; Nashville, TN<\/a>; Vancouver, BC<\/a>; Oakland, CA<\/a>; Las Vegas<\/a>; Stockholm<\/a>; Paris<\/a>; Milan<\/a>; and more.<\/p>\n

The California<\/a> native went on to reveal that tickets for the tour will go on presale on May 5, with “general onsale” kicking off on May 7.<\/p>\n

This will mark the third major tour that Rodrigo has embarked on since 2022, when she hit the road to promote her debut studio album, “Sour,” which was released just a few months after her critically acclaimed first single, “Driver’s License.” <\/p>\n

Rodrigo wrote the hit song while she was still a teenager and living at home with her parents at her childhood home in Temecula, CA<\/a>\u2014however, it took off after she began teasing the melody on her social media accounts, where followers turned it into a viral hit, seemingly overnight.<\/p>\n

Five years after that single officially hit the charts, Rodrigo is one of the most successful\u2014and lucrative\u2014singers in the world, with her most recent tour, the Guts World Tour, grossing a staggering $187 million worldwide. This enormous figure made the concert series the highest-grossing tour headlined by an artist born this century, according to Live Nation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But while Rodrigo has an estimated net worth of around $45 million, she has been somewhat frugal when it comes to her spending\u2014particularly as far as real estate is concerned. <\/p>\n

Amid reports of her fellow chart-toppers splashing their cash on luxury homes, including Sabrina Carpenter<\/strong>, who recently snapped up a $10 million New York<\/a> City apartment, Rodrigo has been much more low-key about her housing. <\/p>\n

Having released “Driver’s License” when she was still living with her parents, the singer got her first taste of adult life soon after, when she relocated to her own apartment in Los Angeles at the age of 18. <\/p>\n

She later joked that the relocation was more of a “soft move out,” confessing to GQ in 2021 that her parents regularly stayed with her at the property, explaining: “I got my first big girl apartment a month or two ago \u2026 But my parents come and stay with me all the time and I’d go stay with them all the time, so I don’t know if I’m technically living alone, but I say I am.”<\/p>\n

Rodrigo also shared a glimpse inside the space during an interview with SiriusXM that same year, when she opened up about how she was adding her own personal touches to the property. <\/p>\n

Among her favorite pieces in the unit was a painting that was gifted to her by the head of Interscope Records in celebration of her album release. <\/p>\n

While she seemed to have been relishing in having her own space, solo living didn’t last long for the songstress, who told late night host James Corden <\/strong>the following year that her best friend had moved in with her. <\/p>\n

Rodrigo took her next\u2014very grown up\u2014step onto the property ladder in July 2023, when she revealed to Vogue<\/a> that she had purchased her first home in New York City, an apartment in the popular Greenwich Village neighborhood. <\/p>\n

At the time, she joked to the outlet that she was about to embark on her own “‘Sex and the City’ fantasy.” However, that dream scenario hit more than a few snags, with the singer later admitting to Rolling Stone<\/a> that she “may or may not have gotten bedbugs,” while confessing that she wasn’t fully enjoying being by herself.<\/p>\n

“Living alone is very frightening,” she shared. “I always get scared someone\u2019s going to come in and murder me, or a ghost is going to come and haunt me.” <\/p>\n

Despite buying a property in the Big Apple, Rodrigo was still spending ample time in Los Angeles, where she rented a home in Pasadena\u2014a stunning midcentury modern abode that became the backdrop for her appearance in Vogue’s “73 Questions” series on YouTube. <\/p>\n

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom dwelling, which was originally built in 1963, was last on the market for $8,500-a-month before Rodrigo leased it\u2014and then set about turning it into her own dream abode. <\/p>\n

In her Vogue interview, she proudly showed off her favorite parts of the 2,200-square-foot property, including the floor-to-ceiling windows, a bright music room, and a chef’s kitchen with a chic fireplace.<\/p>\n

She also told the outlet that one of her favorite parts about being on tour was getting the chance to find unique items that she could fill her home with, noting that her dream was for her “house to just be like a museum of every place that I\u2019ve ever been, like, \u2018Oh, yeah, that\u2019s from this country and that\u2019s from that city.\u2019\u201d <\/p>\n

In another nod to her close bond with her parents, the property was located under two hours’ drive away from her childhood home, which records show is still registered under her mother and father’s names. <\/p>\n

The three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom dwelling was purchased by Rodrigo’s parents for just $174,500 in 2000, according to records, although Realtor.com\u00ae<\/a> estimates that it is currently worth around $660,000.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, Rodrigo is not thought to currently own any property\u2014having revealed in a since-deleted June 2025 Instagram post that she was bidding farewell to her New York home for good, a moment that she marked by sharing a series of selfies that she had snapped in the corridor of her building. <\/p>\n

Reports began to surface online at the end of 2025 that the singer had purchased a property in Studio City, CA; however, this speculation has never been verified.<\/p>\n

Rodrigo has <\/em>previously expressed a desire to snap up her own dwelling in the Los Feliz neighborhood\u2014but with a new tour to prepare for, it’s unclear whether she will also <\/em>have time to house hunt. <\/p>\n

Still, if she manages to rake in anywhere near as much revenue from her new tour as she did with her Guts concert series, it’s safe to say she will have ample money to spend on a new dwelling. <\/p>\n

She has also recently undergone another significant change in her personal life, having split from her boyfriend, Louis Partridge<\/strong>, after two years of dating. While Rodrigo never confirmed if the two had officially moved in together, she may well want to take time before committing to another major milestone. <\/p>\n
