The Lord has been our strength in this unimaginable moment. Your prayers for continued strength and comfort mean more to us than words could ever express.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>No official cause of death has been disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Mauro, known for his toughness and versatility along the defensive line, spent several seasons in the NFL and earned respect from teammates and coaches throughout his career.
