English indie-folk talent leo. <\/strong>has shared his new song \u2018never enough, never fair\u2019.<\/p>\n The songwriter utilises music as a lens to view the world through, providing an ability to check his emotions, and live inside his feelings.<\/p>\n A full EP is incoming, with his fragrant indie-folk style recalling the first Phoebe Bridgers <\/strong>record, peers such as Matilda Mann<\/strong>, or even Norwegian artist The Tallest Man On Earth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n New song \u2018never fair, never enough\u2019 began in Spring 2024, a period of transition for the talented young artist. Winter was disappearing, but \u201ceven though I could have sworn no one wanted the sun to come back more than me, everyone around me still seemed to be having a better time,\u201d he recalls. \u201cI was always missing out on the best parts of it all, as if they could only truly happen if I wasn\u2019t around.\u201d<\/p>\n A wistful, bittersweet reflection, \u2018never enough, never fair\u2019 is an attempt to pick through those feelings, before emerging on the other side with a grasp on happiness.<\/p>\n leo. comments\u2026<\/p>\n \u201cThe song became about how outlook can get in the way of joy \u2013 it\u2019s a very specific feeling I think a lot of people my age can relate to, and I\u2019m really happy with how we\u2019ve been able to capture it in this song. This track also marks a bit of a shift for me, into a more mature and textured sound, which I worked on with Ed Allen and Nico Widdowson in London throughout last year.
