Alexander Isak has been included in Liverpool\u2019s squad for their Champions League quarter-final first leg against Paris Saint-Germain.<\/p>\n

The 26-year-old has been sidelined since December after suffering an ankle injury and fibula fracture during Liverpool\u2019s 2-1 win over Tottenham.<\/p>\n

The striker has made just 16 appearances for the Reds since his \u00a3125m move from Newcastle United on deadline day last summer, scoring three goals and providing one assist.<\/p>\n

Although he has been named in the squad travelling to Paris, Arne Slot confirmed Isak will not start at the Parc des Princes.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe finished close to a week of team training sessions; he can play a part, otherwise I wouldn\u2019t take him,\u201d said Slot.<\/p>\n
