Super Eagles<\/a> midfielder Alex Iwobi<\/a> has been beaten to the English Premier League Player of the Month award for March by Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes, Soccernet.ng reports.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u200bIwobi enjoyed a brilliant March in the Premier League, helping Fulham claim two wins and one draw in four games.<\/p>\n

Notably, he scored the winning goal in Fulham’s 2-1 victory over Tottenham on March 1. Following his impressive performances, he was named as a nominee for the Player of the Month award<\/a> alongside Bruno Fernandes, James Garner, Morgan Gibbs-White, Anthony Gordon, David Raya, and Danny Welbeck.<\/p>\n
