{"id":895941,"date":"2026-04-01T07:12:14","date_gmt":"2026-04-01T12:12:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsycanuse.com\/index.php\/2026\/04\/01\/new-chief-executive-named-by-reds10\/"},"modified":"2026-04-01T07:12:14","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T12:12:14","slug":"new-chief-executive-named-by-reds10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsycanuse.com\/index.php\/2026\/04\/01\/new-chief-executive-named-by-reds10\/","title":{"rendered":"New chief executive named by Reds10"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"wrapper_sleeve\">\n<p><img width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.ca.emap.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2026\/04\/Ryan_Geldard_-_press_image_crop_1024x683.webp\"  decoding=\"async\" fetchpriority=\"high\"  alt=\"Ryan_Geldard_-_press_image_crop_1024x683.webp\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Reds10 has appointed Ryan Geldard as chief executive as part of a restructure that sees founder and chairman Paul Ruddick becoming chief executive of the firm\u2019s parent group.<\/p>\n<p>Geldard, who had been managing director for offsite at Reds10, assumed day-to-day leadership of the contractor from today (1 April).<\/p>\n<p>The business said he would lead its push to expand industrialised construction methods and increase the use of artificial intelligence across operations.<\/p>\n<p>Reds10 said the new group structure will bring together nine businesses spanning industrialised construction, temporary modular hire, fit-out, mechanical and electrical (M&#038;E) services, apprenticeships, lifting, doors and furniture manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p>The contractor works mainly for public sector clients in defence, education, justice and health, and has also targeted temporary accommodation and social housing.<\/p>\n<p>Ruddick said the restructure followed investment in manufacturing and data systems and was intended to support the business\u2019s next phase of growth.<\/p>\n<p>The move came after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionnews.co.uk\/financial\/reds10s-stable-results-shine-a-light-amid-modular-gloom-05-01-2026\/\">Reds10 reported revenue<\/a> of \u00a3144.7m and an operating margin of 4.8 per cent for 2024\/25 in its latest results.<\/p>\n<p>The firm said it was targeting revenue of \u00a3500m and planned to expand further into healthcare, affordable housing and temporary accommodation.<\/p>\n<p>Reds10 manufactures its buildings at Driffield in East Yorkshire, where it operates five factories with a combined floorspace of about 27,900 square metres.<\/p>\n<p>Ruddick will remain chairman of Reds10.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: Reds 10 press release<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionnews.co.uk\/peoplemoves\/jct-extends-2016-contract-suite-to-support-transition-2-01-04-2026\/\" class=\"button purchase\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Read More<\/a><br \/>\n Colin Marrs<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reds10 has appointed Ryan Geldard as chief executive as part of a restructure that sees founder and chairman Paul Ruddick becoming chief executive of the firm\u2019s parent group.
