Jennifer Aniston<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and Jim Curtis<\/strong>\u00a0have no problem fixing things.<\/p>\n

Indeed, the health and wellness expert\u2014who has been dating the Friends<\/em>\u00a0alum since 2025\u2014offered insight on how they approach\u00a0conflict resolution.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe only reason we\u2019re here on this earth is for interpersonal relationships,\u201d Jim said on the Feb. 15 episode of the Ced With Intention<\/a>\u00a0podcast. \u201cRepair is part of it all, we\u2019re living with it. I\u00a0spend\u00a0a lot of time with my girlfriend, we spend a lot of time in the house together. So sometimes we can have little things that flare up.\u201d<\/p>\n

And when tensions do rise, he and Jennifer are presented with a choice.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have the opportunity to either be silent or be angry and go leave the house and think about it,\u201d 50-year-old explained. \u201cMeditate or try and change it or we can say, \u2018Hey this is what happened and I\u2019m sorry.\u2019 And do the repairing and then go and really work on making sure it happens less or doesn\u2019t happen again.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In fact, Jim and Jennifer created their game plan long before conflict arose.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve had discussions where, before anything bad happens in this situation, \u2018Do you need time? Do you need 10 minutes to yourself to think about it?’\u201d he shared. \u201c’Do you want to get into it immediately? Is it okay if we sleep over night, or are you the type of person if you go to bed angry it\u2019s painful for you?’\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI think there needs to be, especially in a romantic relationship,\u201d he added,\u00a0“to pregame the rules to this thing that you\u2019re doing.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

After all, Jennifer and Jim have now had good quality time\u00a0to master their love. In fact, the hypnotist offered rare insight into the early stages of their \u201clong time\u201d romance<\/a>, which saw them go from friends to lovers.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were just introduced by friends,\u201d Jim explained on the Jan. 28 episode of Today<\/em>. \u201cThat\u2019s it. We found out that we had mutual friends and we started to just chat. It took a long time, we chatted for a long time and we became close.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
