Super Eagles forward Nathan Tella<\/a> has signed a contract extension with Bayer 04 Leverkusen after joining the club in 2023, Soccernet.ng reports.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 26-year-old penned a five-year deal with Die Werkself<\/em> in the summer of 2023, alongside fellow Nigerian teammate Victor Boniface.<\/p>\n

In their debut season, Tella and Boniface played crucial roles as Leverkusen went 34 games unbeaten in the German top-flight, winning their maiden Deutscher Meister<\/em>.<\/p>\n

While injuries have dealt badly with the pair in recent seasons, Tella has been rewarded with a new contract until the summer of 2031.<\/p>\n

In an official statement by the club<\/a>, they announced that the pacy winger has signed a contract until June 2031.<\/p>\n
