Entertainment Taylor Swift will make a special appearance at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards next week, as the most-nominated artist of the year with nine nods.<\/h2>\n

Today, iHeartMedia and Fox Entertainment announced that Taylor Swift will make a special appearance at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards <\/a>\u2014 her first award show appearance this year. Swift, who enjoys some of the highest levels of fan engagement<\/a> on the planet, is the year\u2019s most-nominated artist with nine nominations.<\/p>\n

The show will also honor John Mellencamp<\/a>, who will perform at the event, with the 2026 iHeartRadio Icon Award. Additionally, Kehlani joins previously announced performers Alex Warren, Lainey Wilson, Ludacris, RAYE, and, performing for the first time together, TLC, Salt-N-Pepa, and En Vogue.<\/p>\n

Hosted by Ludacris, the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards will also feature special appearances by Alysa Liu, Ne-Yo, Nicole Scherzinger, Nikki Glaser, sombr, Weezer, and more. The annual award show will air live from Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Thursday, March 26, from 8 to 10 PM ET live, and PT tape-delayed on Fox. It will also be heard on iHeartRadio stations nationwide and on the iHeartRadio app.<\/h4>\n

This summer, besides being honored as this year\u2019s iHeartRadio Icon, John Mellencamp will embark on his highly anticipated Dancing Words Tour\u2014The Greatest Hits. He will perform the songs that have defined his career, many of which he hasn\u2019t played live in decades.<\/p>\n

Equally important to Mellencamp\u2019s artistry is his longstanding dedication to activism and advocacy. Throughout his career, he has championed causes, including co-founding Farm Aid to support family farmers, a commitment that has spanned 40 years.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Ludacris will receive the 2026 iHeartRadio Landmark Award, Miley Cyrus will be honored with the Innovator Award, and Alex Warren will receive the Breakthrough Artist of the Year Award.<\/p>\n

The 13th annual iHeartRadio Music Awards<\/a> will celebrate the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app throughout 2025, while also offering a preview of the upcoming hits of 2026. The show will feature award presentations in multiple categories, live performances, surprise guests, and collaborations.<\/p>\n<\/section><\/div>\n
