B+K is also lined up as lead builder for the planned TV and film studio at Sunderland\u2019s former Crown Works shipyard, although funding has yet to be fully secured.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1292\">Overall, the top 50 contractors kicked off 2026 with a strong \u00a34.58bn of work secured across just 112 projects.
