The site was declared surplus in September of that year to allow for the sale of the property to private interests for development.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<p>Article content<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The town\u00a0is still awaiting a response\u00a0on\u00a0what is known\u00a0as the\u00a0Amico-Loop\u00a0proposal, said Mayor Michael Prue\u00a0Saturday.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<p>Article content<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The town completed studies on nature habitats, archaeological finds and environmental issues.
