The Atlas Lions of Morocco<\/a> will play against the Teranga Lions of Senegal<\/a> in the AFCON 2025 final after they defeated the Super Eagles<\/a> of Nigeria in the semi-final, Soccernet.ng reports.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Morocco’s head coach, Walid Regragui, has praised Eric Chelle’s men for putting up a worthy fight last night at the Stade Prince Moulay Abdallah.<\/p>\n

It was a cagey affair between both sides as only six goal attempts were recorded throughout 90 minutes, and both sides had to be separated by penalties<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Al Hilal’s Yassine Bounou was the hero for the hosts, denying Samuel Chukwueze and Bruno Onyemaechi from twelve yards to send Morocco to the AFCON 2025 final.<\/p>\n
