TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS:<\/strong> Signing<\/em><\/p>\n Chicago Fire FC<\/a> have acquired\u00a0winger Puso Dithejane from South African Premiership side TS Galaxy FC, the club announced Tuesday.<\/p>\n The 21-year-old is under contract through the 2029-30 season with an option for the 2030-31 campaign. He started his professional career with Kaizer Chiefs, one of the most well-known clubs in South Africa.<\/p>\n Dithejane is Chicago’s second South African player signed this offseason. They previously added center back Mbekezeli Mbokazi<\/a> from South African Premiership side Orlando Pirates, also on a U22 Initiative deal.<\/p>\n The Fire begin their 2026 campaign on Feb. 21 at\u00a0Houston Dynamo FC<\/a>\u00a0(8:30 pm ET |\u00a0Apple TV)<\/a>.
