Erika Kirk<\/strong><\/a> (n\u00e9e Frantzve)\u00a0revealed that her 3-year-old daughter told her she \u201ccan\u2019t wait\u201d to go to heaven following her father Charlie Kirk\u2019s death.<\/p>\n

The conservative activist, 37, kicked off a full week of appearances on Fox News with an interview on Hannity<\/em><\/a> on Monday, December 8, to promote her late husband Charlie Kirk<\/strong>\u2019s posthumous book, Stop, in the Name of God: Why Honoring the Sabbath Will Transform Your Life<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Speaking to host Sean Hannity, 63, Erika was asked whether believing that heaven is awaiting Christians when they die has brought her any comfort.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt does,\u201d Erika responded. \u201cMy daughter and I, we\u2019ve talked about this at night. She would ask, \u2018What do you think Daddy did today in heaven?\u2019 And I\u2019ll have her relay that back to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Erika shared how she explained Charlie\u2019s death to her young daughter.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve come to the understanding, and I\u2019ve tried to explain this to her, that Daddy\u2019s still with us, he\u2019s just in a different location and he\u2019s building us a home in heaven,\u201d she said. \u201cAnd I\u2019ve said this before, but she said, \u2018I can\u2019t wait to go.\u2019 I said, \u201cMe too, baby.\u201d<\/p>\n

Her husband, Charlie, was shot dead while addressing students at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, on September 10. Suspected shooter Tyler James Robinson<\/strong> was apprehended by police the following day and has since been charged with aggravated murder and additional felonies. (Robinson, 22, has yet to enter a plea. Prosecutors have said they will pursue the death penalty<\/a> if the case goes to trial.)<\/p>\n

Erika delivered a eulogy for Charlie at his public memorial at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, on September 21, in which she said had forgiven her husband\u2019s killer<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI forgive him because it is what Christ did,\u201d Erika told mourners. \u201cThe answer to hate is not hate.\u201d<\/p>\n

In November, she revealed in a sit-down with Megyn Kelly<\/strong> that she and Charlie had hoped to grow their family<\/a> before his murder. (Charlie and Erika got married in May 2021. They shared a son and a daughter<\/a>, whose names they chose to keep private.)<\/p>\n

\u201cWe wanted to have four [children],\u201d she said. \u201cAnd I was praying to God that I was pregnant when he got murdered. \u2026 Both of us were, we were really excited to just expand our family.\u201d<\/p>\n

Erika explained that another baby \u201cwould [have been] the ultimate blessing out of this catastrophe.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cNow when I see young couples, I tell them, \u2018Please, don\u2019t put it off,\u2019\u201d she added. \u201cEspecially if you\u2019re a young woman, don\u2019t put it off. You can always have a career, you can always go back to work. You can never just go back to having children.\u201d<\/p>\n

Erika took over for Charlie as the chairman and CEO of his conservative political organization, Turning Point USA, mere days after the activist\u2019s murder.<\/p>\n

\u201c[Charlie] worked tirelessly to ensure Turning Point USA was built to survive even the greatest test,\u201d the organization said in a statement on September 18. \u201cAnd now, it is our great pride to announce Erika Kirk as the new CEO and Chair of the Board for Turning Point USA.\u201d<\/p>\n

During an interview at the New York Times<\/em>\u2019 2025 DealBook Summit on December 3, Erika raised eyebrows while discussing Zohran Mamdani<\/strong>\u2019s recent election<\/a> as mayor of New York City. When Andrew Ross Sorkin<\/strong> suggested that Mamdani managed to win over younger female voters much like Charlie had with conservative males, Erika claimed some women view government as \u201ca form of replacement for certain things relationship-wise even.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat I don\u2019t want to happen is women, young women in the city, look to the government as a solution to put off having a family or a marriage because you\u2019re relying on the government to support you instead of being united with the husband, where you can support yourself and your husband can support and you can guys all combine together,\u201d she argued.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just find it so ironic and so interesting that a heavy percentage of the individuals that voted for him are female,\u201d Erika concluded.<\/p>\n

Erika will continue promoting her late husband\u2019s book with appearances on Fox & Friends<\/em> and Fox News Radio\u2019s The Brian Kilmeade Show<\/em> on Tuesday, December 9.
