Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga Share Update on Teresa Giudice Reconciliation<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Melissa Gorga<\/a><\/strong> and Joe Gorga<\/strong>\u2019s family is getting more than just a sprinkle of holiday cheer.<\/p>\n

The Real Housewives of New Jersey<\/a><\/em> stars offered a promising update on their renewed relationship with Joe\u2019s sister Teresa Giudice<\/a><\/strong> after they recently ended their yearslong estrangement<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe’ve made a lot of progress,\u201d Melissa told E! News in an exclusive interview at a special screening of The Housemaid<\/em> in New York City Dec. 2. \u201cIt’s great. Everything’s good.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ahead of the screening of the film\u2014in theaters Dec. 19\u2014the 46-year-old also revealed the Gorga and Giudice households are planning to revive one of their longstanding holiday traditions to celebrate the end of their longstanding estrangement<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re having Christmas Eve at my house this year, so we\u2019ll be together at my house,\u201d she continued. \u201cIt’s crazy, because you never know, right? Never say never.\u201d<\/p>\n

Melissa and Joe\u2019s relationship with Teresa, 53, has ebbed and flowed over the years, as documented on the Bravo<\/a> reality series. And while things seemingly took an irreparable turn when the couple decided to skip Teresa\u2019s wedding<\/a> to Luis Ruelas<\/strong> in August 2022, Joe, 51, has happily embraced his mended family bond.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cEveryone says it’s baby steps,\u201d he told E!, \u201cbut no, we\u2019re back to normal.\u201d<\/p>\n

The lengthy rift did teach Joe\u2014who shares kids Antonia<\/strong>, 20, Gino<\/strong>, 18, and Joey Jr.<\/strong>, 15, with Melissa\u2014a valuable lesson: \u201cForgive, forgive, forgive and be happy in life.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Teresa also seems to have adopted that mantra. After all, she was the one to make the first move towards a truce with her brother after competing with her daughter Gia Giudice<\/a><\/strong> on Special Forces: World\u2019s Toughest Test<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe wanted me to let go of the past with her dad,\u201d Teresa told E! News<\/a> at BravoCon 2025 last month, referring to her ex-husband Joe Giudice<\/a><\/strong>. \u201cWhen I thought about my husband and letting the past go, I thought about my brother. I want my brother back in my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

And that goes for her brother\u2019s family as well, as Teresa\u2014also mom to Gabriella<\/strong>, 21, Milania<\/strong>, 19, and Audriana<\/strong>, 16\u2014added, \u201cI want Melissa in my life, my nephews, my niece.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
