There\u2019s just nothing better than a crisp autumn day paired with your favorite cocktail and a warm, gooey cheese dish. It\u2019s pure comfort food!<\/p>\n<p>As both a food writer and a member of the cheese-loving community, I believe that it\u2019s my duty to bring you only the best. The Tillamook version has real jalapenos, chipotle and Scotch bonnet peppers in it, and really comes to life when it is melted. Our medium cheddar is aged for 60 days, so it brings a lot of cheddar flavor. Mac and cheese goes really well with anything you make. Some smoked cheddar is a great way to finish off your mac and cheese, whether it\u2019s sprinkled on top or folded into the sauce. This will bring a big flavor forward punch to your dish.
