We&#8217;ll share their words down below:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019m excited to work with the team to continue adding to <em>The Outer Worlds 2<\/em>. We have a couple of DLCs coming out and we are also talking about what kind of continual improvements we want to release to the players over the next year. We have a ton of ideas \u2013 everything from new features to quality-of-life improvements that players have been asking for when we talk to them. It\u2019s an exciting time for us and I can\u2019t wait to share more info once we get deeper into the planning.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>That&#8217;s right, if you ended up <a href=\"https:\/\/www.purexbox.com\/guides\/the-outer-worlds-2-release-date-release-times-and-how-to-get-early-access-on-xbox\">joining in with The Outer Worlds 2 early access via the game&#8217;s premium upgrade<\/a>, you&#8217;ll also be getting two big DLCs &#8211; once Obsidian has them developed, polished up and ready to go. We don&#8217;t have release dates for either of them yet, but clearly, they&#8217;re a big focus for the team in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>And, by the sounds of those &#8220;continual improvements&#8221; \u2014 including &#8220;new features and quality-of-life&#8221; changes \u2014 standard edition players will have plenty to look forward to with The Outer Worlds 2 next year as well.
