For example, in April, the Trump administration ordered construction halted on <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructiondive.com\/news\/stop-work-order-empire-wind-1-trump-burgum-equinor-hochul\/748702\/\"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Equinor\u2019s 810-MW Empire Wind 1 project<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span><span><span><span><span><span> offshore New York.
