Rather, he is excited that he will get a chance to represent the country of his birth at senior level.<\/p>\n \u201cI’m going to the national team with the hope of absorbing everything and learning. It’s a great honour for me to be on the German national team,\u201d Atubolu said, per Inter news.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Noah Atubolu’s decision to represent Germany at senior level is a big blow for the Super Eagles, as he is a quality goalkeeper.<\/p>\n He is good with his feet, quick, and has a great command of his area. He is just 23 years of age, so there is still room for improvement.<\/p>\n Also, unlike Maduka Okoye, Atubolu would give Stanley Nwabali a big run for his money in the goalkeeping department for the Super Eagles.<\/p>\n Moreover, Nwabali will be 30 by next June, which means he does not have a lot of years in him anymore. With a goalie like Atubolu, that department would be secure for the next nine years at least.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n\n
