Alex Zendejas is heading into U.S. men\u2019s national team duty on one of the best runs of form of his career. <\/p>\n

Zendejas assisted once on Saturday in Club America\u2019s 3-0 Liga MX victory over Santos Laguna. The USMNT winger has now registered a goal or assist in each of his five club appearances, helping Andre Jardine\u2019s squad to a current second place spot. <\/p>\n

Zendejas set up Club America\u2019s opening goal in the 38th minute, crossing into the box for Rodrigo Aguirre to finish off. It marked the 27-year-old\u2019s third assist of the Apertura season.<\/p>\n

Brian Rodriguez and Alan Cervantes would add insurance goals for the hosts in the second half. <\/p>\n

Zendejas finished the match with 75 minutes under his belt, creating the most offensive chances of any player (3). He also won two duels and registered one shot on target. <\/p>\n

The in-form winger will now join up with his USMNT teammates for upcoming friendlies against Ecuador and Australia. <\/p>\n

In England, Haji Wright<\/strong> continued his scoring run for Coventry City while Patrick Agyemang<\/strong> celebrated his first goal for Derby County. Catarina Macario<\/strong> and Emily Fox<\/strong> both delivered assists in WSL play.<\/p>\n

In Germany, Noahkai Banks<\/strong> delivered his first senior goal for Augsburg. Malik Tillman<\/strong> went the distance in Bayer Leverkusen\u2019s home victory. Joe Scally <\/strong>played 90 minutes in Borussia Moenchengladbach\u2019s goal-less home draw.<\/p>\n

In Italy, Weston<\/strong> McKennie<\/strong> and Christian<\/strong> Pulisic<\/strong> shared the spoils in Juventus\u2019 home draw with AC Milan. Gianluca Busio <\/strong>helped Venezia to a shutout home win. Yunus Musah <\/strong>featured off the bench in Atalanta\u2019s league draw with Como.<\/p>\n

In France, Tim Weah<\/strong> played at right back in Marseille\u2019s win. Lily Yohannes <\/strong>assisted once in Lyon\u2019s lopsided win over Lens. Mark McKenzie <\/strong>and Toulouse defeated Tanner Tessmann <\/strong>and Lyon. <\/p>\n

Elsewhere, Sergino<\/strong> Dest<\/strong> made his return to action for PSV at PEC Zwolle. Rokas<\/strong> Pukstas<\/strong> delivered the winning goal for Croatian side Hajduk Split. Matthew<\/strong> Hoppe<\/strong> also found the back of the net for Sonderjyske. Donovan Pines<\/strong> went the distance but Grazer AK lost at home. Alex Zendejas<\/strong> assisted once in Club America\u2019s home Liga MX win. Cameron Carter-Vickers<\/strong> and Celtic rallied late to defeat Motherwell.<\/p>\n
