Super Eagles<\/a> striker Cyriel Dessers<\/a> scored for Panathinaikos, but his goal was canceled by a late Olympiakos goal, as both teams settled for a 1-1 draw at the Apostolos Nikolaidis Stadium on Sunday, Soccernet.ng reports.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After opening his Panathinaikos account in midweek<\/a>, Dessers returned to action for his club in their big Greek Derby against league champions Olympiakos, in Athens.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Super Eagles defender Bruno Onyemaechi only made the bench for Olympiakos.<\/p>\n

The two clubs are two of the biggest in Greece, so it was expected to be a tough encounter.<\/p>\n

The first half was really tight, with both teams struggling to create chances. However, the game sprung into life in the second half.<\/p>\n

Dessers set the tone with a goal just three minutes after the restart, as he latched onto a pass from Anastasios Bakasetas and finished with aplomb to make it 1-0.<\/p>\n

After Panathinaikos scored, Olympiakos took charge of the game. But it was a tough task for them to break through.<\/p>\n
