Sports fans across the world will undoubtedly have plenty to talk about when the 2025 National Football League (NFL) gets underway this weekend.<\/p>\n

Questions such as which team will win the Super Bowl and\u00a0who will\u00a0win NFL MVP in 2025<\/a>\u00a0are among the most popular search terms on the internet at the moment.<\/p>\n

With that in mind, read on as we look at what some of the NFL\u2019s top\u00a0analysts\u00a0have\u00a0said\u00a0about the 2025 NFL season, starting with the potential Super Bowl champions.<\/p>\n

Ravens tipped to claim the title<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Baltimore Ravens are one of the bookmakers\u2019 favourites to win the Super Bowl this season and they could be a good bet to get the job done.<\/p>\n

The Ravens were narrowly defeated by the Buffalo Bills in the Divisional Play-offs last season, but will fancy their chances of going all the way this term.<\/p>\n

Star quarterback Lamar Jackson heads into the season with a point to prove having been criticised for his inability to\u00a0perform\u00a0under pressure.<\/p>\n

NFL expert\u00a0Neil Reynolds<\/a>\u00a0believes\u00a0this will be the year when Jackson proves the doubters wrong by leading the Ravens to their third Super Bowl title.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cLevi\u2019s Stadium in Santa Clara will be the stage upon which Lamar Jackson fulfils all his promise and finally lays to rest those doubts about him winning in the biggest moments,\u201d Reynolds said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Ravens have the game\u2019s best quarterback and one of the league\u2019s strongest rosters. And that will be enough for all the pieces to finally come together in California.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jackson<\/strong>\u00a0fancied to regain the MVP award<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Jackson has been well-backed to win the MVP award this season and he is strongly fancied to justify the faith that sports bettors have placed in him.<\/p>\n

<\/figure>\n

The Ravens\u2019 quarterback won the award in 2023, but was controversially pipped to the prize by Buffalo Bills\u2019 star Josh Allen last season.<\/p>\n

Despite\u00a0setting\u00a0career-bests in passing yards (4,172), passing touchdowns (41), interceptions (four) and passer rating (119.6),\u00a0Jackson finished second in the final vote.<\/p>\n

Sports broadcaster\u00a0Hannah Wilkes<\/a>\u00a0is a big fan of Jackson and has tipped him to set the record straight by claiming the MVP prize this season.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was elite again last year and excelled from the pocket, which has often been an area he\u2019s been perceived as a little weaker in,\u201d Wilkes said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Ravens as a unit are set to continue being one of the very best, if not the best, team in the league so he\u2019s set up for success again in 2025.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jaguars could spring a surprise in AFC South<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Jacksonville Jaguars have won the AFC South title just twice since joining the division in 2002, but could upset the\u00a0NFL odds<\/a> this season.<\/p>\n

Houston Texans are the bookies\u2019 favourites to claim top spot, ahead of the Jaguars, Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans.<\/p>\n

However, NFL writer\u00a0Joe Buscaglia<\/a>\u00a0believes a favourable schedule towards the end of the regular season could help the Jaguars\u2019 cause.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith the Colts quarterback concerns and the Titans starting a rookie, the AFC South seems ripe for a legitimate challenger to the Texans this year,\u201d Buscaglia said.<\/p>\n

\u201cNew head coach Liam Coen has the coaching pedigree and the high-end talent on offense to spark the Jaguars to push for either a wild-card spot or the division.<\/p>\n

\u201cFive of their last six games are against the Titans, Colts and\u00a0(New York)\u00a0Jets, so they could go on a pretty serious late run.\u201d<\/p>\n
