Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface has addressed his collapsed transfer to AC Milan from Bayer Leverkusen during his unveiling at Werder Bremen, Soccernet.ng reports.<\/strong><\/p>\n Medical red flags and Massimiliano Allegri\u2019s veto<\/a> were key to the transfer breakdown, and Boniface insists the failed deal was out of his hands.<\/p>\n Speaking during his unveiling at Werder Bremen, the 24-year-old dismissed suggestions that he was to blame for the breakdown of negotiations with the Serie A giants.<\/p>\n \u201cThe [AC] Milan deal not going through, that\u2019s not on me. They decided not to go through with [it]. I have a strong mentality. I see life like [this]: \u2018If the deal was meant to happen, it\u2019s meant to happen. He shone as a goalscorer and assist provider in Bayer Leverkusen’s championship-winning season.
