Wolverhampton Wanderers are closing in on the signing of Nigerian midfielder Christantus Uche<\/a> after submitting a \u20ac20 million bid to Getafe, Soccernet.ng reports.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to reports from the Nigerian football scene, the deal could be finalised for the Super Eagles star in time for him to feature this weekend.<\/p>\n

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano earlier confirmed Wolves\u2019 official offer and noted that negotiations are already underway between the Premier League side, Getafe, and Uche\u2019s camp.<\/a><\/p>\n

Nigerian journalist Buchi Laba has gone even further to say that this is the third bid Getafe have received for the 22-year-old this summer, following interest from Everton, Brentford, and Real Sociedad.<\/p>\n
