The U.S. women\u2019s national team\u2019s final match of the October international window has been determined. <\/p>\n
New Zealand will oppose the Emma Hayes\u2019 squad at Kansas City, Missouri\u2019s CPKC Stadium on October 29, U.S. Soccer announced Thursday. The new venue will feature a doubleheader with the U.S. men\u2019s deaf national team and host the USWNT for the first time. <\/p>\n
U.S. Soccer already previously announced the first two matches for the USWNT of the October window, which are both against Portugal. Chester, Pennsylvania\u2019s Subaru Park will host the first USWNT-Portugal showdown on October 23, which will also host a retirement ceremony for longtime USWNT forward Alex Morgan. <\/p>\n
Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, Connecticut will host the second USWNT-Portugal match on Oct. 26 before the New Zealand showdown concludes the window three nights later.<\/p>\n
Former USWNT player and current Chicago Stars goalkeeper\u00a0Alyssa Naeher will also be honored in her home state of Connecticut with a special pregame retirement ceremony.<\/p>\n
It will mark the first meeting between the United States and New Zealand since a pair of friendlies in January 2023. The USWNT won both matches by 4-0 and 5-0 respective scoreline. <\/p>\n
New Zealand are currently ranked No. 33 in FIFA\u2019s Women\u2019s Rankings. <\/p>\n
The USWNT have an 8-2-0 record so far in 2025, winning their last five matches by a combined score of 18-0. <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
