Contractors will deliver civil and electrical works through a mix of aggregated and disaggregated models.<\/p>\n<p>Framework partners will be appointed to individual projects using NEC4 contracts, but Scottish Power made no guarantee of volume or value of work in its contract award notice.<\/p>\n<p>Simultaneously, the client awarded places on its \u00a33bn overhead lines framework, split into three lots.<\/p>\n<p>It includes the design and construction of 132kV, 275kV and 400kV overhead lines.<\/p>\n<p>The frameworks will also support baseline upgrades under the RIIO-T2 and RIIO-T3 regulatory periods, and may extend to customer connection works.<\/p>\n<p>Projects remain subject to planning and land consent.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Contractor appointments by lot<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Substation Works Framework<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lot one: Substation Civil Enabling Works (\u00a3700m)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adman Civil Projects<\/li>\n<li>George Leslie<\/li>\n<li>&#038; H.
