Lot two covers projects valued at \u00a34m\u2013\u00a312m and is worth \u00a3250m while the final lot, valued at \u00a3150m, covers schemes above \u00a312m (see boxout for full list of contractors).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1474\" data-end=\"1751\">All contract values exclude VAT.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1474\" data-end=\"1751\">Seddon was appointed to lots two and three, while Eric Wright won a place on lot three.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"2006\">The framework will be used by JV North\u2019s current and future members.
