LA indie pop duo The Two Lips<\/strong> have shared their new single \u2018clue\u2019.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a hectic summer for the band, who breezed into London to support Sabrina Carpenter at her epic BST Hyde Park show. Announcing \u2013 and promptly selling out \u2013 a tiny headliner of their own, The Two Lips are clearly connecting.<\/p>\n

Making their major label debut with recent single \u2018talk\u2019, the pair \u2013 Andrea and Jewlz \u2013 call songwriting \u201cour therapy\u201d.<\/p>\n

Dreamy new single \u2018clue\u2019 digs a little deeper, their sonorous indie pop flourishes attached to a lyric about the demise of a relationship.<\/p>\n

Picking through the ashes of their feelings, The Two Lips learn to ask powerful questions of themselves.<\/p>\n

The pair say: \u201c\u2018clue\u2019 is a song about the feeling when you have exhausted all options trying to save a relationship and you feel like you\u2019ve reached a dead end. Both parties can\u2019t seem to figure each other out, and you reminisce on good times before things went sour. Still, there\u2019s hope that the \u201ccase\u201d can be cracked and the relationship is worth saving.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
