A maximum of 25 contractors will be appointed.

The scope covers a wide range of works including cladding removal and replacement, fire stopping, installation of fire doors, and fire detection systems. Structural remediation such as concrete and steel repairs, stabilisation and foundation improvements will also be included.

External works will range from façade repairs to roof and balcony refurbishments, along with internal upgrades like lifts, smoke ventilation systems, and mechanical and electrical compliance work.

The framework also includes provision for specialist surveys and investigations.

Contractors can tender for workstreams based on capability, with a dynamic filtering system used instead of traditional lots. ProcurePublic said this model ensures more equitable access to opportunities by allowing bidders to apply for projects suited to their scale and experience.

Tenderers must submit bids by 12 August, following an enquiry deadline of 5 August. Contracts will be awarded through either direct award or mini-competition. A supplier fee capped at 2 per cent of client invoices will apply.

ProcurePublic is encouraging applications from regional and specialist firms, including small and medium-sized enterprises.
