The \u201cValley\u201d star gave birth<\/a> to her and fianc\u00e9 Luke Broderick\u2019s rainbow baby on Wednesday after suffering a miscarriage<\/a> in 2023.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s here, and we still can\u2019t believe it. Luke is even hotter as a dad, and I just feel so lucky,\u201d Doute told Us Weekly<\/a> on Friday.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd even though I haven\u2019t slept or showered in two days, seeing our daughter and finally being able to hold her makes it all worth it. We\u2019re completely overwhelmed with love and so grateful for her\u2014 our lives are already changed completely.\u201d<\/p>\n

The happy couple welcomed a baby girl, whom they\u2019ve named Kaia Lily. The new parents revealed that their inspiration for their daughter\u2019s name \u2014 which means \u201cthe sea\u201d in Hawaiian \u2014 comes from their appreciation for the Aloha state, which is where they got engaged.<\/p>\n

Doute, 42, revealed her pregnancy<\/a> to her Instagram followers in November 2024.<\/p>\n

\u201cso thankful,\u201d she captioned her baby bump debut<\/a>, acknowledging the \u201cfear that [came] with the good news \u2026 after experiencing a loss.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cVanderpump Rules\u201d alum explained, \u201cEvery week, and every ultrasound, lifted that weight little by little. when i saw the baby move for the first time, i finally felt like i was allowed to be excited. i am forever grateful.\u201d<\/p>\n

The following month, Doute and Broderick announced the sex of their upcoming arrival with the help of a pink smoke cannon.<\/p>\n

The episode aired four months after the Bravolebrity opened up about her \u201cterrifying\u201d miscarriage at six weeks on the couple\u2019s \u201cBalancing Act\u201d podcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She noted that she had yet to undergo in vitro fertilization or freeze her eggs, instead relying on \u201cGod\u2019s plan\u201d to conceive again.<\/p>\n
